We want you to be happy with PadelCoach AI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — whether a Pro subscription or the one-time Pack of 100 analyses — you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original payment date.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at [email protected] with your order number or the email used at checkout, and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your Pro subscription will be cancelled and access to paid features will be removed at the end of the current billing period. For the Pack, any remaining unused credits will be removed from your account.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law (including EU consumer law where it applies).
