1. Who we are
PadelCoach AI ("the Service") is operated by Serhii Petrenko, a sole trader based in Poland ("we", "us"). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with us. Contact: [email protected].
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.
3. The service
PadelCoach AI lets you upload images and short videos of padel shots and returns AI-generated technique analysis, drills and tips. Output is informational and may be inaccurate; it is not professional medical, fitness or coaching advice. Use it at your own discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You must not (a) use the Service unlawfully, (b) upload content you do not have rights to, (c) upload content depicting minors without consent of a guardian, (d) attempt to interfere with the Service (probing, scraping, malware, reverse engineering), (e) resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as your own product, (f) use the Service for spam, fraud or harassment, or (g) try to bypass usage limits.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of media you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, branding and AI prompts are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.
7. Plans, payments and billing
The Service offers a free plan, a Pro subscription (monthly or yearly), and a one-time Pack of 100 analyses that does not expire. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, billing, tax, invoicing and customer service inquiries related to payments. By purchasing you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account or via Paddle (paddle.net) — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated analysis can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it for medical decisions or to diagnose injuries. You are responsible for how you act on the output. We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
